Nice, quite and central locat...
Flat in excellent location, excellent view and well equipped. Met all my family requirements, only that beds were a bit soft.

Stunning flat
Spent a week here whilst working at the kings theatre.
Excellent location, cafe and shops on the doorstep
Easy access to city centre, short walk or choice of three bus routes!
Only thing I will say is it's a shame that the communal approach to the flat hasn't been taken care of as well as the flat itself. But you can't have it all.

Excellent central location
Spacious and clean with good facilities. Tastefully decorated and well presented, an excellent example of old town Edinburgh with high ceilings and original features. I highly recommend this flat.

very spacious!
this is a beautiful flat very roomy and nice warm feeling. Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet location,lovely area for anyone. Not really central to nightlife. Short taxi ride to anywhere in town. But as we were traveling with family it was great for us. Would recomend highly.

Just spent a weekend in one of your apartments and must thank you. The whole experience was really easy from booking to following the directions to an enjoyable stay. Really impressed at the provision of utensils and equipment. A flat of very high standard. Would definitely recommend it.

Centrally located, brilliant fl...
We enjoyed a week staying in this large one-bed flat. It has everything you need and is only a few minutes from Haymarket station and convenient food shops. Buses (and trams once completed) are in the next parallel road. This means the flat is really quiet, day and night. We'll be back. Mitchell's car hire near the station provided excellent service.

Charming and convenient flat
What a pleasant place to stay in Edinburgh ! This flat is well-equipped, well-decorated and perfectly situated as it is a short walk only to the town centre. It is a very peaceful place even if it's not far from a large avenue where you can find bus stops that will lead you everywhere you want to go. I strongly recommend this flat because my husband, our daughter and I definitely enjoyed our stay there !

Perfect sunny flat
Me and my other 2 friends stayed at this flat in morningside for a week and I can say the the experience was very pleasant.
It was very near from te center and you can walk to the castle with ease. The welcome is very warm and kind, and they explained everything very carefully and full of details.
I will defenatly recommend this flat for a families and/or groups of friends because the sofa-bed is and the flat itself are very spacious.
From 1 to 10, I would rate it a 9.
